Lemongrass contains geranial, neral and geraniol. It originally comes from India in either fresh or partially dried leaves. The grass is steam distilled to produce essential oil. And it contains analgesic, anti-depressant, antimicrobial, sedative, anti-inflammatory and deodorant properties. This makes it very effective for physical and psychological uses.

SUGGESTED USES
- Spread a few drops of essential oil evenly on your legs, arms and torso for skin hydration and moisturization after shower.
- Mix drops of essential oil with a carrier oil and stir them into warm water. Then, immerse your feet for 10-15minutes to enjoy aromatherapy and massage.
- Add 3-5 drops of essential oil into a basin of warm water. Then, dip in a clean washcloth, wring and apply to the area needed for 1-5 minutes. Repeat the process three more times.
- For facials, add 1-3 drops of lemongrass oil to a sink of warm water. Lay in a clean washcloth, wring and apply to your face with eyes closed for 5-10 seconds. Repeat the process three times and pat to dry.
- Follow the Manufacturer's instructions for diffusers. In the absence of a diffuser, put 2-4 drops on several cotton balls or tissue and place them in different corners of your car or home.
- Place 2-3 drops of lemongrass oil on a tissue or cotton board. Then, Inhale the aroma avoid touching the nose with the tissue or cotton board.
- Shake water and 30-60 drops of essential oil in a mister bottle to make a room mist.
- For spot application, mix 1-4 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil or aloe vera. Then apply to the spot needed.
