Lavender originated from Bulgaria, and it also has a Latin name, Lavandula angustifolia. It is steam distilled from the flowing tops of a plant. The lavender essential oil contains three main biochemical components: Linalyl acetate, linalol, (Z)-beta-ocimene. This composition makes lavender a good pick for anyone looking for essential oil with excellent properties like analgesic, anti-depressant, antibacterial, sedative, deodorant, and antiphlogistic. It is effective for both skincare psychological and physical uses.



  • Aids with respiratory congestion, inflammation, muscle aches, colds, flu, tense breathing, and other physical health issues associated with bacterial.
  • Balances oil production, soothes wounds, bruises and burns and fights off bacteria that cause skin infections.
  • Eases stress, nervous tension, anxiety and nervous exhaustion. It also stabilizes your mood and clears energy blocks.
  • One of the most versatile essential oils.



  • Add 4-8 drops to 2 ounces of facial moisturizer,10-20 drops to 8 ounces of shampoo, 6-30 drops of lavender to 1 ounce of lotion and 15-30 drops to 8 ounces of conditioner.
  • Apply 10-3 drops of essential oil to your wet body after shower.
  • Mix 4-8 drops of lavender with a teaspoon of carrier oil then, pour the mixture in a tub of warm water. Then, immerse yourself in the tub for 10-15 minutes. You may add milk or heavy cream. Also, add 1-2 cups of Epsom salt or Dead Sea salt for muscle aches.
  • Add 1-3 drops of essential oil in half a teaspoon of carrier oil for foot massage and immerse your feet for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add 6-30 drops to 1 ounce of fragrance-free body lotion, 6-30 drops to 1 ounce of carrier oil for body oil, and 2-5 drops of lavender to 1 ounce of carrier oil for facial oil.
  • Put 1-3 drops in tissue for inhalation or 1-2 drops to a small bowl of hot water and lean over with your eyes closed.
  • Add 2-4 drops of Haven on cotton or tissue and tuck them around your home or car, mix 10-20 drops in a tablespoon of fractionated coconut oil for perfume; shake 30-40 drops in 4 ounces of water for room mist; 10-40 drops in 4 ounces of water for skin mist.


  • Topical: Dilute with carrier oil or water before use. Take note of guidelines but adjust proportions and methods according to individual sensitivities, expected results and other necessary characteristics.
  • Aromatic: Follow the Manufacturer's instructions.
